The Odd Spoke offers an easy and reasonable returns policy on all items sold online subject to the conditions below. 

WHAT Can Be Returned?

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item is unused with the original tags still attached
  • Item is in original packaging and undamaged

At the time of return request, we may ask for photos to be emailed to verify condition of goods.

Please contact The Odd Spoke via email at info@theoddspoke.com.au with your order number and the reason you want to return or exchange. Only once we have issued a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number you will be able to process your return.

HOW Do I Return Items?
In cases where customers have changed their mind, they will need to return items at their own cost using a reputable courier company that offers a tracking option (i.e. Australia Post). Before returning item, you will need to be issued with a RMA# (return merchandise authorisation number). To obtain an RMA, please email info@theoddspoke.com.au outlining reason for return request.

In cases where a return is required due to an error or mistake on our part, a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number will be issued together with a pre-paid postage label to affix to the package. In such instances, the customer is still required to obtain an RMA# before sending return. Again, please email info@theoddspoke.com.au to get your RMA# issued.

SHIPPING Charges For Returns
Original shipping charges are refundable in cases where the refund/exchange is due to an error on our part (i.e. wrong size/colour etc). In cases where the customer has changed their mind they are required to pay for return shipping charges.

CREDIT For Returns
At the time of issuing an RMA#, we will confirm if the customer will be credited for the returned item and the method by which the customer will be refunded (i.e. PayPal, Mastercard/Visa, EFT etc). Our usual practice is to refund the customer using the same method by which they paid.

Instore Return Option
Customers also have the option to return in store at The Odd Spoke (Unit 1/827 Old Northern Rd, Dural NSW 2158). Our shop hours are Mon-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, closed Sunday.

Packing Materials
All items need to be packaged using best possible care to ensure minimal risk of damage during transport. Items heavier that 1kg need to be packaged in a cardboard outer. The customer accepts liability for damages that may occur to item during transit.
