Shipping Policy

As of late 2021, please see notice below from Australia Post regarding changes to delivery timeframes.

Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended. 

This change is necessary due to: 

  • COVID-19 health and safety regulations applying to workplaces 
  • fewer passenger flights (which we usually rely upon to carry many of our parcels) 
  • ongoing COVID-19 disruptions 

We’ll reinstate our next-business-day guarantee as soon as we can.

Changes to Aus Post Domestic Services

Delivery Times:

  • Customers will be notified via email or phone with a revised dispatch date for any items that have not been dispatched within 2 working days of order receipt.

*Excludes bulky items (i.e. bikes, frames, wheels etc) with a dimension greater than 105cm and/or heavier than 5kg. Such items are shipped by Direct Freight Express and incur higher freight charges due to their size and weight. Freight charges for such items are calculated at the time of checkout based on postcode.

Bulky Shipping Charges:

$15-$30 $20-$50
  • Applicable to any order containing complete bikes, frames, wheels, trainers and travel cases.
  • All bulky orders will be dispatched via Direct Freight Express and will include a tracking number.

Tracking your Order:

  • After checkout, you will receive full tracking details via email. Please wait till after 6pm before checking tracking.

Shipping Damage:

  • Before signing for a damaged delivery please check the condition of the goods. If you are in any doubt about their condition, then please do not sign for it "in good order and condition". Simply reject the delivery and we will send you a replacement.
