Front Tyre

Keep on rolling: this will take you everywhere. Tyre designed specifically for front mounting with reinforced grip.

More speed: An inner layer and central rubber improve performance and rolling strength while reducing energy consumption.

More grip: Using E-GUM-X, a new rubber comprising lateral and central rubbers designed to optimise grip, with a tread pattern from the Enduro ranges for a better hold.

More protection: Thanks to the strong, lightweight Gravity Shield 3x60 TPI casing designed for the most challenging ride.
 

Rear Tyre

Make the most of your bike’s power, even on climbs. Tyre designed specifically for rear mounting with reinforced grip.

More speed: New generations of top-of-the-range rubbers that give better rolling strength and lower energy consumption.

More grip: Optimal grip with its lateral and central rubbers designed to optimise pedal performance, even on climbs, and transmit the bike’s full power.

More protection: Based on its Pinch Protection technology, which absorbs the energy from pinch flats and its Gravity Shield casing from the Enduro competition range.

Features

 

RUBBERS

All of MICHELIN’s experience has gone into defining these latest mixes, allowing mountain bikers to obtain the optimal performance compromise between grip, efficiency and wear. Compound are produced in varying levels of shore hardness the lower the index value, the greater the gum softness; conversely, as the index value rises, the gum becomes harder.

BI-COMPOUND: Mixtures of gums specially developed for the practice of the MTB with electric assistance.


 

CASING-REINFORCEMENTS

A tyre’s casing is made up of threads, the thickness of which varies according to the tyre range, makes it robust, flexible, efficient and lightweight. The more threads there are, the finer they are, making the tyre lighter. On the contrary, the less threads there are, the bigger they are, making the tyre stronger. TPI (Threads Per Inch) refers to the density of threads per inch.

Thanks to its additional protective ply running from one bead to the other, Michelin SHIELD CASING improves resistance to external attack on the sidewalls and reduces punctures due to impact or pinching.

3x33 TPI or 3x60 TPI casing specifically designed for Enduro.



Reinforcement on the bead to absorb energy where pinch flats occur.


Improved tread resistance, thus limits the consumption in energy of your MTB with electric assistance when fitted with Front and Rear tyres.


Tubeless Ready tyres can be fitted without an inner tube provided that a tubeless wheel is used, the maximum pressure is not exceeded, sealant is added and the tyre pressure is checked before each ride.


Tyres with the E-Bike Ready label can be fitted on electric bikes (maximum 25km/h).
